How are your diamonds made?
Our lab-grown diamonds are produced in specialised solar powered laboratories using advanced technology. These diamonds are created using processes such as Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) or High Pressure-High Temperature (HPHT) methods, replicating the natural conditions under which diamonds form in the earth's mantle.
Are they actually eco-friendly?
Our lab-grown diamonds offer a more sustainable and socially responsible alternative, as they do not involve the environmental impact or ethical concerns associated with diamond mining.

What certification will I receive?
All of our lab-grown diamonds over 0.50ct are certified by reputable organisations such as the International Gemological Institute (IGI), ensuring their quality, authenticity, and adherence to ethical standards.
Are CLR diamonds good quality?
We only offer the highest quality diamonds, that's why we only sell diamonds of a clarity SI1 and higher. Plus, we believe a diamond should be 'Clear' with no yellow tinge, hence why you will only find colour ranges between D and F, also known as pure white.
Do you provide a guarantee on defects?
Simply put, yes! We provide 5-years of manufacturing defect cover for your new piece of jewellery. However, there are some terms and conditions to this, see more on our Warranty Page.
Can I return my item?
If you aren't satisfied with your shiny new piece of jewellery, you can return it within 60-days from the date of delivery. However, there are terms and conditions that apply, you can find these on our Returns Page.
My jewellery doesn't fit, what now?
If your new piece of jewellery doesn't fit, don't fear! Every purchase with Clear Diamonds includes one free resize, just get in touch via our Contact Page.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can purchase your order through a way that suits you. This can include various different card types including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and more. We even accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We also accept safe payment methods such as PayPal or Buy Now, Pay Later with Klarna.
Is online checkout secure?
We use a fully encrypted payment gateway to ensure all payments are safe and secure.
Alternatively, methods such as PayPal and Klarna allow you to receive an extra layer of safety from a third-party gateway.
Do you offer finance?
Currently, we only offer Klarna payments which allows you to split your payments into 3 separate monthly instalments.

Can I arrange a viewing?
Yes you can! We have a showroom next to Gatwick Airport where you can come and view samples of our jewellery, get a feel for the design and sizing. A member of our team will be glad to assist you through making the daunting decision of selecting your dream jewellery.

Where are you based?
Clear Diamonds has a showroom (visit by appointment only) in Crawley RH11 0PR, West Sussex. This location is based just outside Gatwick Airport.
How do I know you are legit?

Will my jewellery be built to an excellent standard?
Although Clear Diamonds is a newly founded jewellers, you can rest assured knowing our workshop team boast an impressive 30+ years in creating bespoke diamond jewellery to an industry leading standard.

How do I place an Order?

How can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. If we are already in the production process then we may be able to make adjustments, if you need any adjustments to your order then please get in touch immediately via our Contact Page.
How do I track my order?
After you place your order, you'll be able to sign in to your account on our website and track each stage of production, manufacturing to delivery. In addition, you will also receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.
When will I receive my order?
