Warranty Information

DiamondStatus offer a 5-Year manufacturing and processing defect guarantee. If a natural defect is discovered within the warranty period then we will need to inspect your item to find the cause, and repair free of charge, if applicable. 

Although all jewellery is rigorously tested and inspected prior to dispatch, manufacturing defects may still occur, please see our following guideline to find out what is covered under our warranty... 

What IS Covered

• Prong/Claw misalignment.  
• Colour loss within 12 months.
• Loss of stone caused by manufacturing prong/claw misalignment.
• 1x Resize (£20 for additional resizes).
• Clasp spring. 

What's NOT Covered

• Defects caused by misuse or excessive wear & tear.
• Damage caused by improper handling and knocks/drops. 
• Loss of stone caused by tampering with prong/claw. 
• Water damage. 

What will void your warranty

The following conditions invalidate your claim against our 5 year guarantee:

• Obvious signs of excessive/improper wear and tear. 
• Signs of physical damage, like an accidental drop.
• Attempted third-party repairs (where you haven't discusses with us beforehand). 

How to make a claim

Claims must be made by the original buyer and can be started using our Contact Form.

When you make a claim, we'll need your:

• Confirmation receipt or;
• Order number and;
• Full Name

If you're outside of the 60-day returns period, you'll need to cover the return cost of the item and arrange to return it to our address:

How long it'll take

Like our delivery, we like warranty claims to be as efficient as possible, so we aim to process your claim within 2 weeks.

Please note: False warranty claims will result in you, the customer, paying for all courier costs.
